E-Books! Patrons who have a library card from Lexington Public Library, can check out eBooks by accessing Overdrive. Audiobooks, eBooks and more for your computer, cell phone, iPod, Ipad, eBook reader and the Kindle. Check the Overdrive Device Resource Center for more compatibility information. Checking out audio books or eBooks using Overdrive is a free service of the Lexington Public Library.

Patrons, click on this logo and you will be directed to the library’s customized OneClickdigital website. After a quick one-time account set-up process, you will be able to checkout and download audiobooks.


Use your library card number. If your card has only 5 digits, you need to add a zero to the beginning of your number. Any questions, please call 308-324-2151.

The Library provides the use of computers with word processing. Patrons ten years of age and older may use the computers. Every patron must have in their possession, their valid library card and no outstanding fees or overdue materials. During peak times, computer users may be limited to one hour on the computer. Computers shut down 15 minutes before the library closes.

Printing is ten cents per page for black and white. Color prints are fifty cents per page.

Internet Access
The library provides free access to the world wide web to library patrons with valid library card in their possession and no outstanding fees or overdue materials. The computers are shut down 15 minutes before closing every day.
